Hello, I’m Jackie

My passion is designing and decorating cakes. All cakes, sugar flowers and edible decorations are made by me. I strive to work with all my clients to ensure they receive the Stunning Centrepiece their special occasion deserves.

Before moving to Cumbria, I spent many years teaching Cake Design and Decoration to City and Guilds advanced level within Adult Education and privately. I have also taught Sugarcraft. Prior to this I worked as a Pastry Chef in a high class London Hotel and in Corporate Catering. I have been a member of the Sugarcraft Guild for many years.

I am an approved Wedding Cake provider for the Sharrow Bay Hotel and The Inn on the Lake.

With over 30 years experience, I now work from home producing cakes for Weddings, Civil Ceremonies, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Christenings etc. Whatever your celebration or event may be, a cake is the perfect way to celebrate. I look forward to discussing yours with you.
